Please avoid including detailed clinical information in website forms — we will gather your full history through secure channels at intake.
Online Self-Assessments
The mental health self-assessments on this website are scored entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted, stored, or visible to us unless you choose to submit the optional call-back request at the end — and your score is shared only if you leave that option checked.
Online Booking
Appointment booking is provided through CharmHealth, our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system. Information you enter when booking is transmitted directly to CharmHealth and is protected as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. CharmHealth's own privacy practices also apply.
Cookies & Analytics
This website does not use advertising trackers or social media pixels. If we use analytics in the future, we will use privacy-respecting tools that do not build advertising profiles, and we will update this policy.
Third-Party Services
