For Current Patients

Welcome back

Your patient portal is where your visit summaries, secure messages, forms, and care plan live. Everything you need between visits is in there.

Getting Started

First time logging in?

Your portal account is created when you enroll as a patient. If you haven't gotten in yet, it's almost always one of these three things.

01

Check your email

After you enroll, CharmHealth sends an invitation to the email address we have on file. It arrives from CharmHealth rather than from our office, so it may not look like what you're expecting.

02

Look in spam and promotions

Invitations frequently land in a spam folder or a promotions tab. Search your inbox for CharmHealth before assuming it never arrived.

03

Still stuck? Call us

Call (206) 923-8886 and we'll resend your invitation. Please don't create a second account on your own — it splits your record in two.

Getting in Touch

Three ways to reach us

Using the right channel gets you an answer faster — and keeps anything about your health in a secure place.

Patient Portal

Send secure messages to your provider, request refills, complete forms, and read your visit summaries. This is the right place for anything involving your health information.

Feeling Unsafe?

The patient portal and this website are not monitored after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. If you need help right away, call or text 988 or call 911 — don’t wait for a reply.

Between Visits

Tools we recommend

The sleep, light, and organization tools we talk about in visits — along with the books we most often suggest and our professional-grade supplement dispensary — are gathered in one place, so you don't have to remember the exact name of anything.

If you have found the care here helpful, a short review helps other people in Washington find us. Please write about the practice and how working with us has felt — there is no need to mention anything about your health, diagnosis, or treatment. Reviews are completely optional and never affect your care in any way.
